HSE Commitment

At Megatron Namibia, we recognize the importance of maintaining good business practices and ensuring the safety of our employees and subcontractors. To achieve this, we have implemented a comprehensive training program that ensures each member of our team receives the necessary training at various stages throughout their employment.

Firstly, during the initial orientation, all employees and subcontractors undergo training to familiarize themselves with our company’s policies, procedures, and safety requirements. This serves as a foundation for building a strong culture of safety and responsible practices in the workplace.

Furthermore, as and when employees receive changes in their work instructions or new responsibilities, additional training is provided. This ensures that they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their tasks safely and efficiently.

We also understand the importance of keeping up with industry advancements and changes. Whenever employees are exposed to new substances, processes, procedures, or equipment, specialized training is provided to ensure their competence and safety in handling these new developments.

At Megatron Namibia, we take a proactive approach to identifying hazards. Whenever a new hazard is identified, immediate training is conducted to educate our employees and subcontractors on how to recognize, assess, and mitigate these risks.
